Actinomyces is an opportunistic pathogen and can be found in many healthy
people's oral cavities. If you interpret the specialist's view that
actinomyces was not the cause of your wife's disease as "去看一般的
specialist，居然都不了解," then it's your own problem. |

家庭医生很狡猾，一点事就不做诊断，把你推给SPECIALIST，他们自己不用付任何误诊延诊的责任。
Specialists 少，医疗行会控制数目以保证最大利益，所以要等很长的预约。
美国是这种局面：
1. family doctor挣得少且在一些地方急缺，defensive practicing （有事没事给你refer给specialist，让你劳时伤财。）
2. specialists 难约，耗时常，好贵（比如我上次： $580 for 5 min.）。他们也是denfensive practicing,靠必要或不必要的各种检测给你作诊断。等待预约或是结果的期间若是错过一些黄金治疗时间，他们不用负责的。
上次ER我们呆了 6 小时，当时也想象自己举个炸药包。
最后结论，一切靠自己。 |

去找specialist就是20%，我猜的，跟人的情况差不多，先去primary doc，被refer到
specialist。你可以打电话问问insurance公司是不是这个意思？如果是就看primary
vet的时候跟他说要refer到同间兽医的specialist？ |

我知道这个问题非常奇怪，就是问一问，如果不打算走JD这条路,做一两年technology specialist以后可以再去读MBA吗?这个算是career change吗？
做technology specialist和在工业界做技术哪个更有利于申请MBA呢?

就还是去看specialists吧。
去年年初的时候喉咙痛，扁桃体肿大，一直拖着没看医生，后来感染传播到气管以致咳
嗽难以入睡才去看了PCP，当时查strep(+)。 PCP开了cefuroxime, 因为咳喘还开了激
素。抗生素用完后好很多，但没有完成恢复，还有些咳，扁桃体还是一样大。再次看
PCP，又开了azithromycin, 那次PCP怀疑我有哮喘，还做了简易的PFT测试，又开了
advir，不过我没用，光吃抗生素，后来好了，不过扁桃体一直比较大。再后来过了几
个月，又喉咙痛，咳嗽。再次看PCP，问PCP， 我这扁桃体老是肿大，老是喉咙痛，是
不是摘掉会好些呀。PCP说你这扁桃体那大了，人家多的是比你的大的了，没事的。PCP
还怀疑我是不是有GERD,问你晚上有没有觉得有东西反胃呀，我说没有。（Ps, 在这次
之前也有过一次喉咙痛，扁桃体大，去看过这个PCP，那次strep(-),当时吃了
Azithromycin，好了，扁桃体就缩小回去了。）

，今年的第二次，第一次是13周停育。已经没有眼泪了。我的医生说要要推荐我看

specialist。一直吃药，开始50mg每天，一个半月后TSH<1， specialist让剂量减半，

Tech specialist in IP law firm has similar billing hour requirement and
similar billing rate as a first year associate. However the salary is much
less than the first year associate. Law firms already take advantage of

所谓万事开头难，开始浏览IP Firm的career website，发现opening很少，而且分类比
较模糊，想向前辈们请教一下。
感觉有些firm直接就有technical advisor program，有些把specialist归在
professional staff里面，还有些归类在laterals里面，请问下有什么区别吗？

兼职，老板可以照顾半年
基本上不用干啥
她linux用的比较熟，python上过workshop
现在在学java，我希望她能用这半年学学web方面的技术，做点东西，
以后可以写到简历上找工作用
现在写招人的广告，老板说web QA就好
我看看她背景啥的，觉得web content specialist的描述可能跟她背景更合适
不知道这两个title写简历上对以后找工作有什么区别没？
老板不会介意我改title
