the mitral valve needs to travel from the relaxed position to closed
position. So louder murmur. You may take a look at the anatomy from google
image and see the position of the mitral valve.
Valsava is all about increasing intraabdominal pressure so we usually pay
attention to the change during the strain part. But you are right, strain
and release have opposite effects on the murmur. |

those rats are grouped by only their strains.
I think the point is when we compare blood pressure of these strains, what
kind of variable we have to use. mean? the blood pressure is different in
day and night. so do we have to compare mean of day and night? or every 3
hours? |

1) different strains have different genetics in blood pressure. we want to
know how much. so grouping them in strains is the reason we do this
experiment
2)the blood pressure was measured once every 5 mins. so in 72 hours there
are around 864 measurements.
3)usually a rat can live up to 2 years. but we killed them on week 19 for
some reasons. 2 weeks on high salt food could change their blood pressure a
little bit, if not too much. actully i did anova. it's not significant
though.

农业部在2011年第一次答复我们最初查询要求时说：批准美国孟山都公司转基因大
豆的四个根据之一，就是我方独立进行的第三方检测，言之凿凿。按理，这份报告应当
就是我国有关方面的第三方检测报告。
2012年2月20日下午，我们一行几个人依据信息公开法规，再次获准前往农业部查
询有关转基因大豆获批安全证书的证明文件。下午2点前，接待人员手持一册10厘米厚
活页插装卷宗等候我们。我们被允许查看并手抄记录，不允许拍照。最初规定只许一个
