叉烧，可能不来美国我这个西北人怎么也想不起来做这个东东。 第一次做，就用了李
锦记的叉烧酱腌制里脊肉24小时，然后上烤架（不要烤盘上）400度中间翻面烤了大概
40分钟。叉烧酱很拈，但是也不要用水稀释按摩摸均匀就好。 感觉味道还是不太进去
，总结原因是腌制的时候没有翻面，以及肉表面的白膜没有去掉。
剩下的叉烧就做叉烧包了。面团就是5分钟面团，整形都一样包成个圆形就好了。 上次
有mm问整形过程，我描述了半天也没说清楚，这次就发过过程比较形象。包陷进去的话
皮最好是中间厚点，因为后来要用虎口往里收为了让表面的光滑。其实这就和江浙一带
做带陷的馒头一样，只不过我们是进烤箱烤的。

Keep in mind that you need water-proof outfit for ice climbing. Also you
want your pants to be slightly stretchy. You also need extra gloves and
socks just in case.
Otherwise things are the same with winter backpacking. Google online for ice
climbing gear list and you'll get an idea.
