才开会回来，很都有意思的东西，不过没时间，就只写一个先，等过半个月我忙完了继
续往下写 :)
做这个报告的是Robert Margolskee, MD, PhD
我这里简化、普及化一点。
taste receptor，就是辨别各种味道（比如甜味，苦味，酸味等等。这里就只讲甜味了
）的蛋白质。舌头上有taste
receptor（地球人都知道），但是不光舌头上有，肠子里也有！肠子里面的L-cell，一
种分泌荷尔蒙的细胞上面发现了
taste receptor，如果有甜味物质刺激的时候，会分泌GLP-1 (glucagon like peptide
-1)，这个荷尔蒙会刺激胰岛素分
泌。进一步的研究发现，不光肠子里有，胰岛里也有，有甜味物质刺激时，会分泌胰岛
素（促进糖，脂肪酸uptake，当然
还有其他作用 |

西中，最后就会爱上这些东西。科学实验表明：一件作品，无论多无厘头，如果受众被
迫熟悉了它，也会产生好感。
比如以前的一些红歌，现在听起来，觉得其中相当一部分很无厘头。但当时的人被强制
性地循环播放了无数遍，所以想不爱上也难。如今的歌，你搞的再走心，其触动听众的
程度也很难敌得过一曲《北京的金山上》对知青的杀伤力。
左小是玩acquired taste的成功典型。想玩这个，得有两个先决条件。一是有办法强暴
受众的审美，有办法给他们洗脑、洗心。二是作品中确实有些讨人喜欢的地方，在让听
众习惯了不喜欢的地方后，确实能获得娱乐。
所以玩这个的，一般是大腕。因为大腕是审美的权威，当听众不能一下子接受的时候，
听众会首先怀疑自己，因此会不断温习作品向大腕靠拢，最终无形中就被洗脑了。尚未
出头的艺术家玩这个，那是找死的节奏。
严格说起来，左小不是大腕。所以他的成功也是有限度的，被限制在知识分子圈子里，
并没有大范围流行。左小之所以可以给这些听众洗脑，在于他很善于故弄玄虚，巧妙利

roadhouse好一些
一个是Apple一个是Orange，没有可比性。
穷疯了还要吃肉就去Golden Corral，要自己把自己喂好就去texas roadhouse，把妹/
请长辈或者吃土豪那就Taste of Texas。
以前觉得Taste of Texas太贵了，实际上他们家门口有免费可乐和花生，进去以后沙拉
和面包也都不要钱，放开了吃就已经半饱了，算下来也不比去其他餐馆贵多少。小肥羊
现在都要22$了呢。

云亦云地欣赏艺术没有 自己的观点。原来这是有心理学基础的。但是并非每个人都如
此， 还是有人具有自己审美的能力的。另外还有很多人没有暴露于大量的艺术品中，
所以也没有acquired taste。这样一来，真正能触动人心的作品仍然能得到认可，而且
将会是能够长久流传的。例如音乐二泉映月，几乎任何人第一次听就会被感染。这才是
真的美的音乐／艺术， 不是任何大腕所能左右的。画作如现代抽象派作品，可以说完
全缺乏这种感染人引起共鸣的效果。不要说观众需要培养审美能力，对美的感受能力是
与生俱来的。任何达不到没有acquired taste的观众的认可的所谓名作,可以说不过是
欺世盗名的抄作而已，包括毕加索的作品。 |

这个区间，不管是追求外形，动力，操控，舒适，越野，都已经一定程度上偏离了车单
纯的工具属性，而增加了享受的成分。而既然不是纯务实，再去追求“便宜又大碗”这
个也就不那么有意义了。每个人的偏好不再一样，那么车也就不再能够简简单单用“性
价比”这个简单的指标来衡量。
所以真正的豪车，还是应该有很明显的自己的风格取向，或者说是有taste，这样才能
更好地增加品牌价值，培养品牌忠诚度。audi为什么不能跟mb和bmw相提并论，不是技
术落后，最关键还是缺乏自己的独特的，一提大家都知道的风格。说起来高档车品牌有
taste的，可能也就是mb，bmw和porsche。其实像land rover，tesla，volvo这种，也
都算不上有品位，只能说有自己的独门绝技，有独到之处。而舒适向的日系豪车的老大

还是很高兴的，毕竟能在living上多上一个档次对你的发展是只有好处没有坏处的嘛！而
且你也看到了，现在西天这边 大家都在买房，你能认清形势，师傅替你高兴。
按理来说，凭你在取经时候的贡献，应该能保买上房的，都是你跟上面的关系总是处不好
，当时上面给我们取经小组一共两个买房lottery名额，我想就按贡献大小给你和八戒。

叫Taste of Siam 暹罗味，在Stoneham。整个体验相当好，给8分。
店面小小的，加起来七八个台差不多,内修利落整洁。服务也好,气氛可以叫温馨。三个
人叫了 Taste of Siam crispy pad Thai 本楼炸泰式米粉;Ped Makham 罗望子鸭 还有
Massaman Curry 玛沙曼咖喱鸡。
我是第一次吃炸的Pad Thai,菜单上看了就不错，拿上来配的天妇罗虾，佐泰式花生酱
，一叠子炸的东西不好吃都难。玛沙曼咖喱用个小火煨着拿上来，一直可以烫着，不错
。罗望子鸭还有玛沙曼咖喱还好，对我的口味来说都偏甜，但是都很精细。总的来说这
几道都偏甜，主要是为了迎合今天客人口味。下次有机会试试他们的冬荫功，绿咖喱什
么的。
器具质而洁，饭食美而精，我们座谈直到10点过半不察，主人也没有一点催促的感觉。
三个菜，两瓶啤酒，两份茶，加税人均20整。可去，加到手机里。 |

非常差。与其说是“acquired taste”，不如说是“trained taste”。
艺术欣赏，不是一种本来就有的本能（证据：猴子不大懂艺术）；而是一种需要主动锻
炼的、用于提升自己生活质量的技能。
一个艺术作品能否在under-educated minds中顺利完成这个跳跃，以及一旦完成跳跃能
刺激多少快感蛋白的分泌，是两件不同的事情，是由艺术作品的不同部位来实现的两个
不同功能。

I wander in a crescent lake,
and massage the wrinkles of a full moon.
I wish I were a white snake,
slithering in the yellow shaded lagoon.
I wish I were a milk shake,
dripping onto the lake in a mellow tune.
Night turns the moon into an angel cake,
and hands me a silver spoon.
I scoop a spoonful of the lake,
and taste a mouthful of prune.

more into it, your taste of photos will change (generally improve and get
to highter standard), also your skill will improve.
But, be prepared that it's common that your taste goes much faster than you
skill can reach, so quite often, you have less and less photos you are
satisfied with although you are taking much better photos than before. It's
a bit frustrating and it's one of the fun part of learning photography.

of wild, 就拎了一小袋salmon口味的回来。有没有人知道这个和innova LBP比起来怎
么样啊？我这里15lb的Innova LBP要30, Taste of wild只要22。 要是质量都不错的话
我就用后者好了。 |
