发帖数: 2334 | 2 俺在8月30日认为大盘要走第5波下降浪，结果把手头的筹码割了买进3000股TCM @3.57
， 一个原因是这里的一个ID Pump这个股票， 而且是我用100WB向她买的“内部消息”
说这个股票的流通股在9月24日要被全额收购，收购价是4.50.
在9月份的大部分时间里， 我忍受着别的股票的飙升，特别是被我割掉的RDN的飙升，
TCM就是死鱼不翻身，有些时日成交金额竟然是0. 我陆续以Limit价格卖这个股票的时
候，竟然出现过挂1000股，只成交3股，然后被扣掉手续费7块，我只得3块之类的杯具
。到了9月30日，我终于把手头所有的TCM出掉，平均成交价3.58，算是不赚不赔。
可是今天（10月1日），就在我卖掉手头最后的1000股TCM后的第二天，TCM似乎死鱼肚
皮蹦达了一下，上涨4.18%。 TCM在过去的一年里只表现过两次，一次是09年10月的一
周内从3.75涨到5.00， 一次是10年4月，三天内从3.65涨到4.40。据说这两次都是和收
购传闻有关。
不知道今天TCM的死鱼跳肚皮，会不会又是暴涨的开始？如果是就太杯具了。 |

还说只能从dealer那买，因为每个TCM都是和vin number配套的。
我开的是个05年的老车，本身也不值几个钱。
不知道有没有其他途径买到便宜些的TCM，师傅这个开价算正常吗？
另外，请问怎么能查到我需要的TCM是什么型号呢？

看了大家深情地回忆这部片子，我也不禁想了那动人的音乐。
碰巧TCM又重放该片，实在是个好机会。
片子讲的是那种个人命运在社会大变革背景下的故事，时间跨
度比较大，片子也比较长。我觉得，导演大卫.里恩并没有过多
地费笔墨在政治背景上，他以日瓦戈兄弟的回忆为主线，更多
地是描写日瓦戈和娜拉之间的故事。但给我印象最深的倒不是
这故事（可能是不太喜欢娜拉的原因），而是那动人的旋律和
金黄色的田野，实在是太美了。人物中一个印象比较深的则是
娜拉的继父Komarovsky。
该片的导演是大卫.里恩，他给我的印象就是“史诗”。四部经
典的另三部是“桂河大桥(Bridge on the River Kwai)”、“阿
拉伯的劳伦斯(Lawrence of Arabia)”和“印度之旅(Passage to
India)”。不过，他导的“孤星血泪”我倒不喜欢，太不煽情了:)

U.S. . I started FPGEC application two years ago, but it was rejected at the
beginning. I appealed and the committee asked me to resubmit some materials
including signed transcript and certificed translation and affidivit. I got
a letter from Li two years ago.
Please don't give up your effort in applying for the exam even if you met
temporary problems. I got a B.S of pharmacy from a TCM, still get approved.

这部影片在国内名声极响，因为是解放前引进的、几乎同步
上映的首部彩色“巨片”，为上了年纪的老影迷所津津乐道。
我们看的是八十年代重新放映的版本。
事实上，这部影片只是四、五十年代好莱坞数以百计的歌舞
片中的一部，名头比之上次提及的“一个美国人在巴黎”和
同在本周播放的另一部“琪琪(Gigi)”要小得多。
场面华丽是不肖说了，注意“顶部摄影”造成的全景图，这
是此类影片首创并经常运用的。
给我印象最深的倒是片中几段搞笑的，比如模仿女生起床时
的那段，特别是系上背带的情节，实在是非常维妙维肖。另
外，片中的音乐也不错，特别是那段小号的。

我来说一说把。看完之后感觉, 恐怖，血腥，恶心。我看完出来，
头昏了十分钟不能开车。在美国看了两年多电影，这是第一次头昏。
但是公平的说，TCM是相当不错的一部恐怖片，而且是非常典型
的美国片，情节很紧凑，恐怖是从头到尾，分分钟都是。
不过我觉得，最恐怖的地方倒不是leatherface(人皮脸),
而是其他看起来正常的人皮脸的同谋。
一开始的时候我弱智了一把。影片开始以描述警方记叙的方式
介绍说有五个年轻人惨遭毒手。我还以为他们都死光了，觉得很
无趣。看到最后突然数了一把，发现其实有六个年轻人，所以
肯定有人活着逃出来了。嘿嘿。
影片结尾太突然了，我觉得简直是可笑，估计是为了拍续集
做铺垫的。 |

代码，是P0710和P1637。车店说有一个负责换档信号的部件（ESM，electric shift
module，又叫做Shifter bezel）坏了，需要更换。部件本身800元，工钱200元。
对这个部件俺是一窍不通，在网上搜索了一下，看到的都列在下面了。
俺想请教的是，换这个东西工钱200元是不是太贵？部件价格俺还没有查到，实在是太
笨了。
大切诺基是2005年的（二手），里程54k。网上老美说ESM这个情况很多，有人说非换不
可也有人说reset一下就能好，莫衷一是。

CEM-1A61 Communication with TCM control module Signal missing
找人看了，怀疑是shifter没有给TCM park位置的信号，所以发动不起来，是shifter的
问题，但我觉得不make sense, turn off从来没有问题，说明shifter是给了park位置
的信号，否则关不了发动机的。
拆了shifter的盖子，线看着很简单，没有发现连接问题.
查了一下，好像dealer也是用的VIDA测得，但VIDA测不出CEM/TCM板子那个零件有问题
，多伦多有家公司可以测和rebuild CEM,加上运费要600多刀，问题是现在不知道是CEM
还是TCM坏了。 |

2015年Twin Cities Marathon目标：以3小时23分的成绩完赛，即以 7’45”的平均配
速跑完全程。
我2015年5月31日跑了首马，成绩是3:38:39，对正式练跑步不足一年的新人来说应该是
不错的成绩。这次的保守目标是PB。尽管对于首马放卫星的新手来说，二马成绩不佳并
不少见，但我觉着这次PB问题不大。在首马后，我就把BQ当作下一个目标，希望能在两
至四年内达到。在六月底加入了当地的一个长跑组织，随队经过了针对TCM的高质量训
练，尤其是训练后期水平提高比较快，几次20 迈的long run和Marathon Pace Run给了
我很大信心，感觉这次BQ虽然仍极具挑战性，但并非毫无可能。同时也意识到，在运动
水平和训练强度不够的情况下搞大跃进，可能会导致无法完赛甚至受伤的恶果。在慎重
考虑后，定下了一个周密的race plan，决定冲击BQ。我生日在6月份，2017年4月时还

Med)自去年秋天成立以来，一直受到反中医人士骚扰，版面几度非常混乱，导致很多中

CRH1 四方庞巴迪生产（四方机车和庞巴迪合资企业）
CRH2 四方机车（与日本川崎技术合作）
CRH3 唐山西门子 （唐山客车和西门子合资企业）
CRH5 长客阿尔斯通 （长春客车与阿尔斯通合资）
CRH1，目前在运行的200公里CRH1都是庞巴迪的技术，合资企业中所有的技术都由
庞巴迪控制，中方没有任何更改技术的权利，当然，无关紧要的内饰啊神马的除外，外
方有时候还是给一点面子给中方的。现在在进行的ZFIFO 380公里的项目是100%在加拿
大设计，这个项目最扯。因为庞巴迪根本没有380公里的技术，因为中方高层的某些原
因，导致这个项目的诞生，用庞巴迪的话来说“中国人的钱是真TMD好赚啊”，但相比
直线，CRH1的车子比较厚道，起码是一分价钱一分货，东西质量是实实在在的。
CRH2, 川崎的技术，也就是原来新干线的车子。这个就比较扯蛋了。日本70年代
