安排电面。电面很容易，聊一下自己的research和一些behavioral questions， 诸如
，为什么M？讲一下对什么product感兴趣？有什么改进意见？最后设计题，好象是给小
孩子设计一个系统，让小孩子输入triangle 的三条边，会出来一个triangle这样子。
电面水过之后本来期望onsite，后来说先来一次3轮电面（3个小时），如果过了的话，
onsite只要additional 2轮（看来M也要cost control。。。）接着扯的开始来了，在

上有这方面文章建议看看。我家娃我也很注意推右脑，她左右手都会拿筷子，拿笔。我
从小就买了左手的训练筷子。她看的动画片都是没法看对话的（自己挑的），不是日语
法语就是默片或者是tom and jerry这种。或者是音乐片。我家娃品位很高的，挑的动
画片都是精品。当然我家娃只是可以用左手，其实还是右撇子。虽然我很希望她左手更
强。：））还是那句话，孩子天生有自己的才能，妈妈不要用世俗的观点来评价孩子。
要从内心真正的接受孩子，给孩子一个尽量宽松和广阔的环境，然后就take it easy了。
建议大家多花点时间欣赏娃的优点，别把大方自信看太重，有人真挚的欣赏他，爱他，
自然就会大方自信了。
我从来没有给我女儿任何额外的压力，社交上只是引导一下，说下别人的优点，她就喜
欢和别人玩了。比如最近那个不爱和别人玩的小妹妹，我说哎呀，你看某某的睫毛好长
，她的眼睛好漂亮。。。还有她的同学，我说某某是很有自制力的宝宝，她不乱吃东西
。某某哥哥好厉害，他会。。。。分享给各位妈妈希望有用。

发帖数: 10908 | 40 其实我觉得前面欧几解法的 “小失误”（多算了一个相似三角形慢了几秒），还是挺
能说明普通娃在数学上真心搞不过 hypernumeracy 的记忆力加 attention span。
我觉得普通娃的 intuition，比如这题的例子，在避免二次方程的这种大方向上，是绝
对靠谱的。。。但在具体执行细节上，intuition 非常不靠谱，比如辅助线添成多算一
个三角形，结果慢了几秒就被淘汰。更不要说还有辅助线添对了但是 chase triangles
没 chase 出来的情况。
而史上说那句 “play the middle game like a magician” 的 Rudolf Spielmann，
是个不错的棋手，但是下不过记忆力和计算力都超强的一流棋手。。。这也说明，实战
上 intuition 虽然是最适合普通娃特点的，也少需要记忆题型，并且极大的有利于长
期兴趣。。。但 intuition 有其固有的弱点，最终还是拼不过记忆力和计算力超强，
同时直感也不弱的一流棋手。
所以我真心觉得大部分普通娃在数学上真心拼不过 Aspergers 或 hypernumeracy（数
