去年九月，再次志愿者了Ironman Wales，企鹅头脑一热，没有调查研究，直接sign up
了Ironman UK 70.3。同时加入了我们local的triathlon club。因为当时骨折刚刚3个
月，不良于行，于是开始了酱油的骑车训练，直到12月初，太危险作罢。这一搁置，直
到2月底，俱乐部开始组织group ride才又重新启动。同时开始跟Speedo Pace Club的
program练习游泳；还有就是和FIRST Plan开始跑步。
由于跑步没有build base，骑车也很二的push large gear，同时又是伤残初愈，企鹅3
月就受伤了。先是左膝疼，然后是右脚跟（骨折的那支）AT。听了俱乐部教练和Physio
的建议，为了把伤痛的损伤控制到最小，果断趴窝，该停跑停跑，该不骑就不骑。4月
厚着脸皮开始参加俱乐部coached swim session，个人自由泳的水平突飞猛进，由令人
发指的慢，升级为非常非常的慢。。。很后悔没有早参加这些session。游泳这个东西
，闭门造车是效率最低的，无论你看多少书和录像，都没有靠谱教练的一两句点拨来得

据《华尔街日报》近日的一则报道，陶丰被捕其实与另一名华人学者Huimin Liu向美国
联邦调查局（FBI）举报陶丰有关。Huimin Liu是陶丰的科研上的合作伙伴，因一篇论
文的署名问题而心怀不满，进而揭发陶丰在中美两边任职情况。
根据这篇论文显示，Huimin Liu的单位有三个：堪萨斯大学、悉尼大学以及福州大学，
而且在福州大学其与陶丰位于同一研究中心，对陶丰的情况应该是相当了解。
根据《华尔街日报》的报道，Huimin Liu认为陶丰在两人一同撰写的一篇研究论文上未
清楚标注她的贡献，并且认为陶丰欺骗了她，以此要求陶丰向她赔付200万元人民币（
约28.5万美元）。

为例，这个poll不可能造假，因为造假没有意义。这个poll是在选完之后立刻公布的，
不可能影响选情。我的解读是计算模型错误。
这次remain：leave，不是传统的两党或三党竞争，而是establishment VS anti－
establishment，所以造成了模型不准确。
这次最后是 remain：leave 48:52，所以poll错了8个点。放到美国来看，打个对折，
