population. Russia should welcome such a move publicly, but not indicate any
of her own formal move on this matter yet.
Russia's military should welcome the challenge from the USA. The USA does
not even have a chance to win a war with Russia over Ukraine. If the war
breaks out, Russia needs to bring its ally Syria into the combat zone too.
