- play C (unblocking J from hand) to endplay E;
- dummy has 2 entries, hA and cT, to finess dA and later to cash 1d;
so you will get 6s,2h,1d and 3c for 12 tricks |

发帖数: 20570 | 5 Oh, ok, so east pitches three spades first, you pitch one H and one D. If
you think east pitches 3 spades without difficulties, you can place west for
S Kx and keep your HT. As I said, with SKxx H a large small card, DJ, a
natural discard is H. So the pitching sequence usually means that SK is off.
In that case, you can just play west to hold both HQJ or HQ and failed to
unblock. Of course it is not a sure way, still if offers good enough chance
I think.

发帖数: 2804 | 6 Well, on CA and CJ, west followed C6 and C5. On 3rd club, dummy throws CQ
under west's CK. West could cash C10 and C8 (there is no higher club in
dummy than those two), but then has to play diamond 86 into declarer's jaw
97.
Of course, had west unblocked C8 earlier, declarer would have discarded C7
from dummy. This declarer is counting. :-)

west will be squeezed in three suits. If east ducks, west pitches H, then
you duck a H to make it. If west pitches S or C, you just cash the winners
in that suit and try to squeeze him again in the other two suits. |

out the specific reasons to do that, it is just a general technique to give
himself more options in later carding. At least on first round of spades,
this is not a hard thing to do. It is much more difficult for West to see
the need to unblock S10 on that trick, in order to avoid trump squeeze. |

has to be 3-3 if opps play UDCA( of course, some times opps may lead A from
Axxx and his partner happens to hold KT, which is very very rare.)
LHO has to duck HK, otherwise, you win 2H, 1D, 7 trumps.
so you win HJ, cash DA and ruff D again. now you can play H again to end
play LHO.
This line requires LHO to hold 2-3-3-5 or 3-3-3-4 shape to work. It also

there is a good chance they couldn't find the unblocking play. Anyway I don'
t see other chances, so I still play with same plan.

Another legitimate line is to clear clubs then play low spade from hand,
hoping LHO has both SKQ. But first, he may be leading SK with that holding;
second, that will leave RHO with almost nothing (but RHO cuebid 4D). |

发帖数: 2804 | 14 I assume you have unblocked H9. Now the contract is cold if you can see the
hands. Playing DA then low D will guarantee the contract when LHO has either
Kx, Jx, KJ in diamonds; if RHO starts with KJxx you will have to play a
diamond from dummy then low in your hand. Technically the two lines have
very similar chances.
You should probably ask about opp's agreement on Michaels. If they play "
split-range" then highly likely LHO has one diamond honor, so just play DA
then low D. |

Yahoo Live draft开始后，会弹出个窗口，首先大多数浏览器会block弹出窗口，所以
大家都去试试，然后设Yahoo为unblock名单。
其次，经常性地连不进Draft Room, 或者晚进。我还没找到必杀技。这个非常annoying
. 尽管我的internet连接perfect, 其它任何地址都能进，就是连不上draft的server.
几经折腾进去了，一看：大头都被抢了。昨天更郁闷：Yahoo自动给我overbid了AP和
Turner, 进去就剩80块了. 万一它一发疯，再给我bid一个Shonne Green什么的，我赛
季就喝西北风了。
大家有什么好建议？ |

河前三节一直在梦游，很可能就输了。
茶几的防守对付白菜一贯有一套，今天其实也不例外。3个sack（前面9场才11个sack),
一个pick6, 一个安全（好像是好几年里大白菜里的第一个安全）。
今天野驴的OL很有问题，三个sacks,那个安全是play action没骗到人，被从边路直接
unblocked冲过来。另外两个sack问题更大，居然是从中路推倒guard冲过来sack.白菜
还没来得及做任何动作就被sack了。我几乎从来没见过这样的play(这个还不是那种
misassignment后漏人冲过来的）.希望能找到解决办法。 |

搞的活动，然后感叹主办方的工作人员连大白菜/运气/麦法登都不知道很过分，另外再
加上这里罕见的几个有关国内的帖子也都是说推广不力什么的，略感觉和国内实际情况
有些脱节。我算是一直有在关注国内的橄榄球发展情况，觉得应该也让版上有兴趣的了
解一下。
NFL在国内推广最近几年加速很快，几家网络媒体都有跟进直播，比如PPTV/乐视/新浪
，PPTV每周会直播五场（unblock youku可以翻墙回国看）；三场夜赛各家都有中文解
说，解说员我都认识，是国内算是比较资深的橄榄球爱好者。另外广东体育每周也直播
三场夜赛，国语解说；上海的五星体育从上赛季开始不转播了，不知为何。当然由于时
差缘故都是工作日上午，观众人数肯定会受影响。
然后是网络资源方面，NFL的中国官网对于新闻的更新还是比较及时，但是仅此而已，
编辑/工作人员感觉并不是球迷，另外资料历史之类的信息比较差，很可惜很多国内的
入门球迷也就到此为止。目前国内除了微博以外，橄榄球迷比较活跃的两个地方是达阵
联盟论坛和百度贴吧，说实话论坛还是可以的，有兴趣的放狗搜... 阅读全帖 |

read，核心就是让一个pass rusher unblocked， 这样的话，在别的地方，进攻就多一
个球员去block，造成mismatch。
