如果我今年的运营收入是4B，为了应付这么大需求，需要硬件价值是4B。假设这个价格
利润率5%的。200M的利润。
明年我的增长是100%，那么明年我有8B的收入。同理，我需要有8B的硬件来应对。算上
折旧，我需要购买6B的硬件。但是，这个6B的硬件在明年的价格可能就只要4B了，这样
我就有2B+8B×5%的利润了。看到了吧，这个就是为啥AWS每年都能降价的原因，规模效
应下AWS可以100%享受新硬件带来的利润，它反过来通过降价用来刺激usage的增长。没
有AWS的低价，dropbox根本不可能做到今天这个水平。反正今天从我们的角度来看，
AWS的cost已经低到不需要考虑的地步了。
只要AWS有scale和足够的usage，从长远来说，只要一年不降价，利润率就飙到天上了。
有人说如果你不增长呢？就算不增长，IT的replacement cost也是一直下降的，从网络
到服务器到硬盘。所以只要不降价或者降价慢一点，这个利润就是天文数字，但是前提

to the charging station. It can drastically increase peak capacity to

senior的弯弯同事，其实就是他说他的对，我说我的对，现在看来也还是这样。这人就
埋下不满了，不停的找麻烦。
开始老板让我和他一起做项目，后来几件不愉快的事情发生了，我没有跟老板提，但是
正好前一个项目结束，另外一个project开始，我就主动要求和另外一个senior同事合
作。以为就这样过去了，后来我才知道他当时在老板面前告了我的不少的黑状。后来有
次老板说漏了嘴。
今天，我送出一个code review，他review，我close，觉的不是问题。 他又觉的受伤
害了。给我发信并且cc老板说我不communicate，没有team work。
明天我要老板单独谈谈这个问题， 尽量的心平气和，尽量的be professional，但是我
也想把这个人很ass的行为及给我的不良影响反应给老板。各位给提提建议我应该怎么
说这个事？有些什么要注意的地方？

Based on the latest VO information about EB1 as well as latest trackitt data
from Q1/Q2, this is the current status and predictions for EB2.
In summary we think that EB2IC will receive total 37K SOFAD of which ~31K
will go towards backlog reduction. This would mean a dates moving into Apr-
2007 for EB2IC. The best case scenario would be Aug 2007. Worst case would
be Sep 2006.

yes the water charge is estimated by the lawyers based on previous usage.
the bank lawyer and the buyer/seller lawyers should have verified on the
numbers at closing day.
DEP would advise a final read but the seller would need to pay sth. like $
125 for them to produce the final read, in NY they say water bill is always
associated with the house, so there's no reason for a seller to want to pay
for it.

out 的时候，C 发现1个月的
UTILITY SHARE 下来 竟然要被扣掉250， 因为 A一直控制着pepco/Comcast accounts,
所以要求和A对对账单。
EMAIL 来来去去的，最后实在烦了， 君子还是小人，MONEY面前很难界定。其实，250
也不是什么大不了的事情，就

近来收到了第一张电费账单，40天用了1480kwh （actual reading）, $250. 我们平时

我给PEPCO打了电话，他们说会派人调查，要4-6周。我担心他们要是查不出什么名堂，
