房子是06年的Colonial, builder已经装了soffit vent, 我不确定有没有ridge vent,
看不出来。（不好意思，女生在这方面比较白痴）
可是感觉attic非常热，以至于二楼也很热，我想装一个power ventilation来降低
attic温度。有两种选择，我改装哪种？
1. Gable mounted vent
2. Roof mounted vent
另外我还打算在attic内部贴一层radian barrier；有同学做过这个吗？效果好吗？值
不值？

是ice dam，等天气o摄氏度以上就可以修了。
现在，有个公司人的说，我家的roof ventilation不太好
说我家房子的vented vinyle soffits里的木头没有洞，气
进入 attic不够，建议re-install vented vinyl soffits, cutting holes in luan。
或者装6个roof vents (我觉得太难看了）。但我在想vented vinyle soffits
里的木头没有洞怎么可能呢，我请个home energy audits 检查一下，
这样靠谱吗？ |

另外说个题外话，假如车子原厂的刹车碟不是slotted（也就是某些一直说的“打孔”
）的话，那你可以花百来块钱买个同样尺寸的slotted刹车碟换上去升级就OK了。但假
如车子原厂刹车碟不是ventilated但你想升级成ventilated的话，那就不是换个刹车碟

比如总所周知，ARDS进行时，深度呼吸会加重inflammation，所以美帝上ventilator，
是低强度的差不多气若游丝，吊着你一口气不至于断气而已。
但患者因为体内高浓度二氧化碳，会有窒息感，就像要淹死的人一样，不由自主的加重
呼吸，破坏ventilator的韵律和强度，反而效果更差。
对这种不听话的病人，西医直接休克疗法。但休克后，人血压可能太低，也会死掉；血
流不足，形成的血栓，卡在某些地方也要命……很多人休克之后，无法再激活，最后无
意识死亡，或者长期植物人。
所以这时候，你要是能讲点虚的，平稳一下患者情绪，增强一下他的信心，不管阿弥托
福，还是“共产主义万岁！”，让他顺着ventilator呼吸，就能救他的命，那你还讲不
讲虚的？ |

呼吸机，以备做战略储备。
2， 2019年9月，FDA批准了研发出来的$3280刀的呼吸机，trilogy evo universal
ventilator。卫生人力部下了一万台的订单，交货期是2022年9月。
3，制造商的母公司飞利浦同时开始在全球销售商业版的trilogy evo universal
ventilator。至于卫生人力部的订单，离2022年还有2年。不急。飞利浦把生产和销售
的重心放在商业版上，因为卫生人力部的合同，允许飞利浦从2021年开始交货。
4，进入三月后，美国疫情飙升。该款呼吸机价格飙升，市场价升到$12,495到$17,154。
5，老川启动战时生产法案强制GM生产呼吸机，没人，包括卫生人力部，提到为什么不
让菲利普加速生产，提早交货。估计SB们忘记了这回事？显然这个时候生产交货太不划
算，$3280对比$17,154，谁都知道选哪个。估计这也是GM从2万台缩水到6000台的缘故
。同样的总报价，美国政府给的钱本来可以买2万台，现在的行情就只能买6000台了。
