蛋糕体是red velvet. 顺便做了几个小cup cake先尝了一下真是非常moist.
Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
2 Tablespoons unsweetened, cocoa powder
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1-2 oz. red food coloring
1 teaspoon of white distilled vinegar

Very happy I found a solution. Cheap and safe!
Bought "grout Haze remover" from lowes. Tried and didn't work
Almost gave up but bought "heavy duty acid cleaner" (supposed to be good for
grout residue) from HD anyway.
Before trying it found an article suggesting vinegar. Tried it without
giving much hope. But it worked like magic!! Gone easily even after more
than a week!
So vinegar it is!! Hope this helps those with similar headache.
Will return the nasty acid stuff. |

来了来了，前两天有MM发帖问是更喜欢湘菜还是更喜欢川菜。讨厌，最烦别人问我这个
问题了，都是我的心头最爱，每次选择都要纠结死。早先做了爆炒鸡杂，应该算是湘菜
了，看到那个帖子就开始馋川菜的味道，尤其是馋郫县豆瓣的香味。于是极富行动力的
就立即做了豆瓣鱼！搭配一盘香菇炒上海青，一碟凉拌黄瓜，中午我和P吃得超级开心
，海逮了几大碗米饭下肚！原来这三个菜一起吃是这么的配啊这么的配！！！哈哈哈~~~
说到鱼，在世界最大淡水湖Lake Superior边的Houghton居然很少有新鲜鱼卖，超市里
都是冰冻的鱼肉，没皮没骨没头没尾。每当想吃水煮鱼或者喝鲜鱼汤的时候，就只能看
着冰箱里的冻鱼肉哭笑不得。据说这里很少有卖新鲜鱼有两个原因。第一，在这里几乎

比较好的办法是直接问服务生有什么健康地热量的菜
正经饭馆的服务生都会帮你。这样你的同事也自然知道你在减肥。点菜的时候会照顾你
一点。
没有特别的LOW CARB MENU得话，可以看菜谱，让他们
1。减掉油炸薯条洋葱，换成清蒸蔬菜
2。主菜永远吃烤鸡胸，鸭胸，NEW YORK STRIP。（虽然除了鸭胸都是比较干巴，但是
很少脂肪）
3。沙拉不要酱，换成BALSAMIC VINEGAR, WINE VINEGAR, HONEY MUSTARTD。总之 NO
MAYONAISE
4.避免吃PASTA.吃全麦面包不要黄油
5。甜点改成咖啡。如果不好意思喝便宜咖啡可以要ESPRESSO等等。咖啡很容易躁钱的。
6.把酒改成SPARKLING WATER。不会显得太拘谨。
鱼这种东西区别非常大。鳕鱼基本上都是大肥油。三文鱼虽然油对心脏好，也是最肥的
鱼之一。实在要吃鱼就吃TUNA，TILAPIA.最近我很喜欢吃ORANGE ROUGHE.脂肪都比较低。

不过绿色蔬菜对健康和健身都很重要，
大家一起谈谈常见的美国蔬菜的作法吧。
先抛砖引玉说下brussels sprouts，就是大家说的mini包菜。
这个菜吃口有点苦，可能不少同学不是很习惯。
不过有点苦味的蔬菜一般营养价值都非常高。
就brussels sprouts来说，比较有价值的营养包括
Vitamin K，A，B1，B6，叶酸，核黄素，钾，蛋白质等等。
1 cup brussels sprouts就有3g protein，
对比之下一个鸡蛋也就6g蛋白质，而如果你只吃蛋清，那也就3g。
brussels sprouts买的时候要挑结构致密，包得紧的，
个头不要太大，不然可能比较老。
常见的比较简单易行的做法主要两类，roast的和炒的。

油，少调味，又比较好吃的菜整理一下，一则保持期的同学可以做来吃，二则不放减重
的同学偶尔拿来打个牙祭。也许有不合适的地方，还请大家指出，做反面例子也好的
：］
第一套：以前贴过的黄椒鸡，先上成品图
1. 鸡肉这里用了两块，去骨鸡胸肉6oz约180g，带片带骨鸡腿一只，约120g，撒上粗
盐和少量黑胡椒
2. 黄色灯笼甜椒1个，进烤箱485F broil，中间翻面几次，直到到灯笼椒变软，表面那
层皮起泡，和果肉分离的状态，取出灯笼椒来稍稍放凉，把最外面那层气泡的薄薄的表
皮撕掉不要。然后把灯笼椒破开，去籽去瓤，再改切1cm宽的条。
3. 番茄一个，去皮，切1cm见方的小方块儿。
4. skillet里面用加1／2tsp（2,5ml)橄榄油，用paper towel抹开，鸡肉带皮面先下锅
，两粒去皮蒜，中火到中高火，鸡肉单面煎3－5分钟，翻面再煎3分钟左右
5.烤箱预热350F
6. skillet里下黄灯笼椒，蕃茄，75ml清水，加热到液体沸腾，然后加盖，预热过的烤

明天偶要去爬山，带什么干粮呢？想了半天，决定还是做点sushi吧~
做sushi很简单，只要把材料准备齐就完成了一半。。。
看图说话
图1是专门做sushi的米（也可以用一定比例的糯米+大米替代），图2是rice vinegar。
将sushi米泡2个小时，然后像平常煮米饭一样少加点水煮熟。趁热加入rice vinegar拌
匀。
图3是sushi里面的一些馅料。可以随自己喜欢添加。我做的是鸡蛋、黄瓜、红烧鱼罐头
和avocado.
图4：把海苔铺在寿司席上，铺一层米饭，在靠边近2厘米的地方铺上馅料，然后开卷。
网上应该能搜到卷寿司的视频。要注意的是，卷的时候要用力压紧，卷一点要收一下席
子，不然寿司容易散。。

1. easy way: homdepot/lowes selling this kind of fertilizer for plants like
in acid soil. Usually these plants are jasimine, magnolia, tangerine, etc.
Only one time I saw the package label stating the fertilizer for plants like
acid soil.
2. cheap way: mix the vinegar with water.I haven't done so, but I heard
people doing quite often. I suggested to mix a little vinegar with large
amount water, and apply little to the plant only once per week and see the

tea tree oil. 一大sink水，两三加仑的，用几滴就够。Fred Meyer卖，七块多一小
瓶。
洗碗液也可以。
另外，喷雾的也很好。注意一周后再来一次。跳蚤卵一周后孵化。所以再一次基本跳蚤

1 -2 dried chili
1/4 cup sesame seed oil

来了来了，前两天有MM发帖问是更喜欢湘菜还是更喜欢川菜。讨厌，最烦别人问我这个
问题了，都是我的心头最爱，每次选择都要纠结死。早先做了爆炒鸡杂，应该算是湘菜
了，看到那个帖子就开始馋川菜的味道，尤其是馋郫县豆瓣的香味。于是极富行动力的
就立即做了豆瓣鱼！搭配一盘香菇炒上海青，一碟凉拌黄瓜，中午我和P吃得超级开心
，海逮了几大碗米饭下肚！原来这三个菜一起吃是这么的配啊这么的配！！！哈哈哈~~~
说到鱼，在世界最大淡水湖Lake Superior边的Houghton居然很少有新鲜鱼卖，超市里
都是冰冻的鱼肉，没皮没骨没头没尾。每当想吃水煮鱼或者喝鲜鱼汤的时候，就只能看

加国首次发现欧洲大肠杆菌可疑案例
据悉，欧洲爆发的肠出血性大肠杆菌疫情源于一种罕见的菌株。该类病菌毒力较强，产生更多毒素。该疫情已在当地导致22人死亡、超过630人住院、约2330人患病。他们出现一种罕见的严重并发症，可能导致肾衰竭。
当地卫生部门最初将疫情爆发归之于西班牙黄瓜，但是后来予以排除。之后，他们对欧洲豆芽产生怀疑，但是于昨日再次在这类说法上有所改变。
