amazon容易太多了。不好的一点就是walmart的黑大妈们工作效率很低，去取东西很容
易折腾半天才找到。
考虑物流系统的成本的话,amazon和walmart还是比不了的。

美），大而无当，为了降低成本不惜雇用非法墨西哥劳工，还克扣员工医疗。以前的
Walmart不是这样的，相信Sam在天堂里看下来可能也要气个半死，现在的Walmart是华
尔街催生的怪物，这样的怪物会耗尽追赶业绩利润的力量，短期的quarterly report主
导一切，最后的结果恐怕也只能是精疲力尽而倒下。我两个圣诞前在Walmart网上买过
一个声称925银的钥匙扣作为礼物给我母亲，因为他以安士价来说最便宜，但是一年多
后链扣掉色后居然被我母亲发现是镀银的，虽然那块牌子上面刻着925！一个国际企业
走到要雇佣非法劳工，卖假货的地步，他也就日暮西山了。
我没有去过美国的ALDI, 但是在澳洲的ALDI买过食品，感觉上是一间非常坚持理念的商
店。美国的Walmart雇员，不好意思说一句跟他的顾客一样，都是日后肯定得糖尿病的
痴肥胖子，态度公事公办。Walmart里面的顾客起码十分一都是胖得要坐碰碰车的，所

七八糟的，员工明显没有热情。大概一年前有一次去买东西，付钱的时候一样东西的标
价没有了，一黑人大姐一步三摇的去查价钱，大概50米的路程硬是十分钟才回来，收银
的人就那儿坐着，完全不管我后面还有好几个人在排队。后来我就不去购物了，改网购
，有一次买了两件东西，收到取货通知隔天去拿的时候窗口没人，好不容易有人来了进
去找了半个小时出来说只找到一样，另一样可能在卡车里，让我第二天再来。我取了一
样，另一件懒得再跑就不要了，结果过了两月想起来看看发现walmart也没有自动退款
，又得打电话。从那以后我就再也不去walmart了。
说到这儿我想起以前看到一个故事说walmart有家店效益不好，员工不好好干活还组织
工会啥的要求涨工资。结果walmart没办法只好借口商店地基大修把所有的人都解雇了
事，可见walmart也是给这帮懒人折腾的够呛。 |

这里大部分同胞肯定也要鄙视偶。不过我不管了，主要是上来提示一下大家。
几个月前买了好几个Wii，但是我很懒不愿意卖。好不容易卖掉几个，现在剩下一个实
在不想卖了，最近就琢磨着去walmart退好了，虽然东西本来不是在walmart买的。但是
知道walmart比较好欺负，不要收据什么的人家也照收不误，而且好像看到过有人发帖
说其他店买的东西在walmart也退掉了。
可是，我今天拿着从来没打开过的Wii去walmart，他们居然用一套什么warranty
return system查询系统查了五分钟。查完以后打出来一张表给我看，上面居然清清楚
楚写着我当时买那台Wii的日期还有购买商店的名字。
以前怎么没听人提过walmart有这么猛的系统啊？哎，以后不敢乱来了。 |

我的店就在WALMART的SADDLE BROOK店隔壁。这几天在店后的员工停车场，根本没了地
方，全被WALMART的大集装箱占满。前天下午我出门回家，几乎被后面的场景惊呆了。
各种商品堆积如山。昨天好些了，基本上那些堆在外面的商品，或进了商店，或者放集
装箱里了。
问了WALMART员工，说今年他们打算今晚不关门，24小时开店。去年有一家WALMART出了
事，凌晨开门后，太多的顾客拥挤不堪，两个顾客冲撞吵了起来，结果一人拔出一把枪
，把对方射死。WALMART赔偿了许多钱。今年他们为了避免拥挤，就二十四小时开门。
不过他们发的传单，上面大减价的商品还是早5点到11点。所以我不知道他们会怎么处
理。是把所有减价商品放在一个柜台，那个柜台到早5点再开放呢，还是商品不动，到
了五点店员改价格呢？我从来没去过BLACK FRID |

信用卡的验证码错误。最后放弃了。
今天收到amex的email，说我的卡在walmart验证错误了好几次，我一看，是另
一张amex的卡。去walmart看了看，总算明白了，原来我在walmart账号里存着
一张amex的其他卡，结尾四个数字和我打算用的这一张一样，walmart就一直
优先默认用那一张，即使我选的是后输入的那一张（因为两张卡cardholder的
名字不一样，所以我很确定昨天选的不是旧的那一个）。
今天把旧的卡删了，果然一下就通过了。可见walmart辨认卡就以最后四位数字
为准，如果不巧一样它就糊涂了。 |

今天浏览一个常用来买东西的email帐号，突然看到前几天收到的almart的一封邮件，
说买的一个东西ship出来了。最近只是在walmart买过dvd,很少从它那买东西。赶紧点
link一看，是个200多的router！6天前买的，再查shipping 记录，还在fedex transit
中。
赶紧打电话给walmart,接电话小姑娘查了我的帐号，很小心的问：你刚才blabla的说的
是哪一个order? K, 难道还买了别的东西？再仔细看记录，妈的一个router买了两次！
！第一个寄到我的地址 （不知道是盗号的人手哆嗦，忘该地址了，还是想先做个实验
），第二个寄到麻州，还有收件人的大名！
赶紧把walmart系统里的credit card信息删除，然后打电话给信用卡公司拒付，关卡，
换卡。再给fedex打电话，reject寄的东西（东西还没寄到），不管地址是真的假的，
不能便宜了盗卡的垃圾。
还好发现的早，没多大损失。不知道帐号是怎么被盗的。网购这么多年，第一次是在
walmart翻船，虽然我的密码简单了点，walmart.com的网上安全保护也够烂！另外不知

其实生活中的纷争多数是偏见引起的，对自己没有看到，意识到，经历过的的事情，却

这几个店老黑老墨很多，其中不乏有很多中国ing从Walmart 买东西用完再退掉。
Walmart online sale逐步增加，越来越多的商家个人也开始在Walmart 在线平台上卖
东西，价格与Amazon 一样。最近的免费2day shipping 把amazon甩开了一条街。
当然Amazon 的消费群体更广，但很多日常用品还必须到实体店去买。有大量中产地产
无产阶级捧场，Walmart 在未来今年与众巨头厮杀之后，估计股价要翻倍。 |

还有另一方面：Walmart东西便宜，对周围的其它的店是个打击，其它的店会因为销售
下降而关张，进而影响当地的税收，增加失业率，再引起其它的连锁效应。
另外，Walmart打压供货商，制造中国的血汗工厂。Walmart的员工福利不好（医疗保险
不好？）
反正是各说各的理。3年前（？）Walmart曾有二次（？）计划在Cedar Mill开店，但都
被当地民众抗议掉了，最后到Cornelius去开了。

from store same-day for free. This is not the same thing as ordering online
from the warehouse and Walmart shipping free to the store - this is someone
at your Walmart going into the store and pulling an item off the shelf and
putting it in a cart and having it wait for you at customer service.

walmart没有我的车配套的什么盖子，所以没换成）,他们告诉我walmart把我的车弄出
毛病了：“rear diff plug rounded out could not remove crack plug needs to be
replaced"。 我完全不懂，就叫他们写下来，他们说你要send your husband to
walmart, ask walmart to pay dealer（我的车是新车，第一次换机油) to fix the
problem,they might take advantage of woman。
好伤心,怀孕晚期了，老公忙也懒，什么都不管，不知道这个问题严重不严重，会不会
影响到车的其他功能。 |

我看的moneytalksNews原文是pay dealer，不过这的确不符合现实
合理的是dealer pay walmart 正如我前面提到的车行付介绍费给walmart,买家买单而已
不过这并不是我论述的重点。
如果walmart采取您的模式，walmart雇佣这些专职人员的费用只会让您通过walmart购
买汽车的成本增加。甚至比车行还贵。
好比卖房子的开发商，干嘛不自己开一个title部门，非要把这个业务外包给其他人让
别人赚钱？ |

现实中就是walmart合作carsaver合作dealer
这个模式再简单不过了，无非是给dealer创造lead, dealer最终创收，然后分红的模式
dealer不但不会减员，搞不好业务量大了再专门成立一个fleet部门专门接收walmart/
carsaver lead
我前面回复的中间商一文中这里还要再加上一笔， 原来也不是walmart自己分羹，还要
再分一碗给carsaver公司. |

单个产品的价格是不一样的，电子产品上100块的，基本markup 10%-20%之间，因为涉
及到每个产品
的运费不同，购买价格不同，导致每个产品的成本非常不一样。跟沃尔玛的buyer谈价
钱，是精确到1分
钱的，因为你不知道walmart的量多大，利润有多少。譬如说你买wii,walmart可能下单
一下下一年
的，虽然forcast不是很准，但是基本上，wii这样的东西量实在太大了，一订就是50-
100万的量，加
单就死，而且只能先满足他家，要是不给，马上威胁明年不给你做，做不出来也要做。
哪有vendor受得
了，一年少几个亿的量？1毛钱的差价，可能意味着5万-10万的纯利润就没有了。
