离这场闹剧大幕的落下到了倒数第二天，我要正经回答一些问题了。
这也许是我倒数第二篇关于此事的文章。
问题1：既然你一直觉得对方是在诽谤你，以这些现在看来很无聊的书在当时也
不那么无聊，加上我偶像钱钟书的力量。后来从学校出去，海阔天空，一下玩疯了，就
很难再读的进去这些书。到了几年前，我已经基本上不读书，但是我阅读大量资讯和杂
志，一直保持阅读习惯，几乎每天的阅读量要好几万字。但是我少年时候度过的那些书
，我基本都忘记了。很肯定的说，如果当时我的书不能出版，以我一直崇拜民国作家的
性格，我很可能会成为一个学者。我很崇拜真学者。这也就是为什么在三篇说民主的文
章出来以后，我对很多只会掉书袋假学者很看不上，因为这都是我初中高中玩的东西，
我深深知道这是怎么一回事情，所以别用掉书袋来糊弄我，我高一的时候都能掉的吓死
你。而且那些民主理论著作基本都是一战二战前后面世，当今世界多有不同，包括科技
也不甚相同，虽然那些著作依然大多没错，但不能用来作为行事和批判他人的准则。

比如red wine是连葡萄皮一起酿的，而white wine是只用葡萄汁酿的。因为如此，red
wine里面的tannin含量比较高（因为葡萄皮里的tannin含量远高于葡萄汁）。Tannin是
啥呢 - 你喝了红酒后，嘴里会有涩涩的感觉，那就是tannin的作用。White wine是不
会这样的。因为tannin，红酒口味的层次要比white wine丰富的多，所以很多人wine喝
的时间长了以后会更多的倾向于red wine。
Tannin接触空气后被氧化，会变的柔顺，因此一般来说红酒倒出来后放一会再喝口味会
更好，或者倒的时候用aerator使之充分和空气接触。基于同样的原因，红酒杯都做成
大肚敞口形状，让wine和空气接触的面积可以更大些。而white wine、香槟等等就没这

judging from用料新鲜程度texture色香味等等），只是我们吃不太惯而已。我去得两

因为当时想不用wine了，在Synaptic中自动删除wine之后，这个wine的菜单还在
applications的panel上出现，感觉没用，就在panel上手动删除了wine的菜单）。
现在又想折腾wine了，再次安装上，但是applicaitons菜单里的wine无法出现了。什么
原因呢？

special".
