1911年10月10日的辛亥革命标志着清王朝的覆灭，并创建了中国第一个共和国。整个大
中华区，包括香港和台湾，都在庆祝这一历史事件。但是这一事件的历史定位在台海两
边却都是政治敏感话题。
大陆的纪念包括周日举行的公开庆祝，前中国国家主席江泽民也出席了，粉碎了数月来
关于他的健康状况的诸多猜测。大陆和香港都上映了由成龙主演的史诗电影《辛亥革命

，而高盛是用公司Fundamentals(如earnings, Cash Flow)和竞争以及经济因素作变量
来预测股票价格。
WSJ预测方法的优势是历史价格本身已经体现所有变量的影响和作用，不用担心有什么
没有考虑到或者变量输入值有误。但弱点是环境一变就不管用了。所以在短期预测方面
比较准，但对长期预测就不太灵了。高盛的方法很容易忽略掉一些重要的变量或者误算
一些变量（例如上届北京奥运会中国并没有54% Outperform）。不过从它的前4排名预
测完全正确来看，在预测大趋势方面要优于WSJ的方法。
实际上短期投资者或Trader大多使用Technical/quantitative analysis，也就是WSJ的
奖牌预测法。而长期Buy and Hold投资者主要用Fundamental analysis。应该说各有所

美国惩罚性关税，中国出口商改变用来识别1万8927个进口商品代码的行为，愈来愈多。
进口到美国的商品都有一个10位数HTS代码，此代码共有1万8927个。它们是衔接不同市
场、识别不同产品的通用语言。但进口商、海关官员、贸易律师和航运经纪人都表示，
随着关税增加，捏造代码情况正逐步扩大，削弱了美国以提高关税保护国内企业免受外
国竞争的影响。
业内人士表示，货品通过第三国转运，是降低关税的方式之一；但错误的分类代码，正
开始与第三国转运作法相庭抗礼。
有关错误分类的数据很少。但美国海关对源自中国可疑出口分类数量激增，可视为是错
