发帖数: 175 | 10 更新一下，昨天把车买回来了。在原计划(premium+navi)的基础上又多加了全部的
convinience package和contour seat。
买的过程很顺利。在停车场看到一辆喜欢的颜色，跟dealer说要这个颜色，然后要什么
配置，然后他就带我看我现在这车，什么都有，就是多些option，试开了一下，很喜欢
，那些option啥的试了试，觉得都挺好，像coutour seat，那种被抱着的感觉真的觉得
很舒服，一拿掉一下子就觉得空落落得，想想6万都花了，不差这三千，就决定都买了。
感想：不想买的option就不要试，试了想不买很难。
感谢前面这些同学的建议，乞丐版真的不能买，像navi啥的一定要有，昨天晚上开回来
，虽然是熟了不能再熟的路，但有个大屏幕在那儿显示都开到哪儿了，感觉挺爽，这个
不是手机能代替的。
议价过程很简单，我跟dealer说，我不想跟你们back and forth 谈价钱，你们给我
invoice价，我付钱走人，不给，我去问别的dealer。结果他一口答应。所以我应该是
买贵了一点，可能应该还有议价空间，但我既然讲了就算了，想贵也不会贵几千去。

运动后 喝一种含有bcaa的powder（xtend intra-workout catalyst） 里面 2.5g
glutamine 7g BCAA
下午加餐 3g glutamine 3g bcaa
临睡前 casein一起喝 3g glutamine
一共一天11.5g glutamine 13g BCAA
运动前后的BCAA是为了保证protein不消耗（运动时BCAA会被代谢为能量）
全天的glutamine是为了维持比较高的protein synthesis level，睡觉前3~5g
glutamine
有研究说会刺激睡眠时候生长素的分泌
当然，again，我再次强调，我觉得这些效果都是marginal的，也许basal level就100
吃了这些仅仅105或者110.
但是反正既然吃得起，就吃着玩吧。。。 |

蛋白粉合理服用就行了。我一般都是每天喝2～3次，每次一勺。分别是早餐，宵夜，训
练后。
比如说训练后一般都是：一勺蛋白粉+2勺Xtend+若干营养麦片。对于我“增重增肌”这
个目标很合适。
具体服用方法的话就是因人而异了，而且看你训练目标是啥了。 |

我买了一个box的power bar，实际上是protein bar放在冰箱里，protein 含量很高 碳
水很低，
还有一些蛋白粉，各种XTEND L-Glutamine 各种维他命。 我师弟和胖妹呢买了一堆各
种各样sugar
cookie 炸鸡，巧克力蛋糕，碳酸饮料，各种甜水。。
昨天晚上我训练的比较晚，回去以后他们都睡了，桌子上堆满了碳酸饮料的罐子，还有
扑克，还有各种
巧克力盒子。。。我早上起床就忍不住说了他们真是无垃圾食品不欢啊，都已经这么肥
了，比我上次看
到又胖了。结果他们开冰箱，说：”你这些奇奇怪怪的东西不都也是垃圾食品吗？“
还说我每天吃这些
supplement 很不健康，说他们从来不吃。。
我心里就想：“可是你们是肥猪啊。。。”当然我没说出口
最近跑步有点快，小腿肌肉发紧，所以每天吃点L-Glutamine 恢复，也是遵照教练和营
养咨询师还有
我们这边的专门负责运动医疗的医生的建议。。。
powerbar 也是跑长跑，比如7/8mile的morning run之前吃半块，300卡左右。 |
