着借新债的余地已经不大。
这和日本美国不一样。日本美国从财务上看，还利息毫无问题（日本是因为利息低；美
国是因为债务相对少+利息低），所以理论上借债能力还很有。而中国不能降息（通货
膨胀已经很厉害），只能干忍着让别人吃肉。
前几年借债花的爽，现在靠吃包子21块21块这么省钱还债，太痛苦。小强还比较理智，
