. We got a parking citation from the city during our trip. The place is far
away from our home. Do we need to take care of the citation or just ignore

now. The city will go after the car rental company for the citation. And the
car rental will just charge from your cc. |

avis: they will mail the bill to you from the regional office. i had
experience with them on this because of a
parking citation. i have to fax them the proof of payment i already made for
that ticket in order to get the
money back to my credit card. they just charge the money to your card
without notifying you.
budget: they will call you to check and see if you paid or not. i guess if
you didn't pay, they will also charge
your credit card on file to cover the cost too.
other ones, should be similar, but don't have personal experience with them
yet.
