警察看到我的外州牌照，会把我拦下来吗？要是看到我的所有东西都是MD的，我说来这
边visit朋友，可以蒙混过关吗？特别要是有在NC的，不知道有没有这方面的经验，不
知道NC的警察管的严不严。主要是我在这边可能也就呆个一两年，要是现在转过来，回

as long as your MD tag,registration and insurance not expired, and you do
nothing wrong, police can do nothing on you.

我已经搬家了，但没有换驾照和tag,然后给我ticket。

have accident in NC, mostly you will be fine, but some insurance company
will deny your claim when you dont tell them your real address after their
investigation.
as long as you are not involving an accident, as long as you wont claim your
insurance, you can ignore my words.

license is your current address (they most likely will ask this question),
you either lie or be honest - being honest, you will get ticket, being
dishonest as you intended, well you will face more trouble if they find out.

days.
pulling over is not a big problem, I got followed by police car when I drive
out state tag several times. as long as you do nothing wrong, cop even cannt
pull over you, cops just doing their job typing your tag and invest if you
are a potential crimer. you will not face more trouble at all.
the point is, how can cop know you are a visit or a new mover? they cannt.
And they cannt issue a ticket to you just by this.
otherwise, say we all cannot drive our car to travel other states. it's non
sense.

tag and register their vechiles in state. generally because students drive home a lot.
see. it's not a big deal. All you need to concern is your own insurance.

发帖数: 473 | 11 非常感谢。我之所以不想去换驾照和title，一是因为NC年检很麻烦，而且需要较
property tax,而且我已经交了比较高的MD sale tax,二是因为我相信自己一到两年之
内会回到MD，不像phd学生一呆就是5年。
