发帖数: 10 | 1 We just bought (technically) a 2011 VOLVO C30 from a dealer last night.
Today on the way back from grocery shopping, a Chrysler PT Cruiser hit
us from the back when the street light just changed from red to green.
It causes some scratches and marks on my rear bumper. Other three cars
behind us were also involved in the accident. The Jetta behind Chrysler
stopped fully, but a RX300 hit the Jetta slightly from behind. A
Suzuki XL7 hit the RX300 from behind and the front hood of XL7 was
bended.
Tomorrow, we will go to the dealership to sign all paper work. We did
not finish the paper work because the banks were closed. What should
we do? Thank you for your advices and comments. |

真是够猴急的,都没签字没把保险办好就上路.
明天去签字,然后找PT cruiser的保险修车

agree that it is not appropriate to return the car to the dealer.
However, it is still worth asking for some advices. Maybe someone had
similar experience before. (we know the chance is slim.) Thank you for
your reply.

... so return the car and walk away. everyone needs to protect himself.
however for the same reason, you are likely sued by the dealership.

车就是这样的.如果小的损坏,也许dealer就给你修了.
本来就不是你的错,你让后面人给你修不完了吗?似乎也没什么大问题

ok and it did not hit the second car. |
