拐上emergency lane开走了。然后，就看到撞我的车也拐出去开走了。我还以为是撞我
的车要hit&run，于是我也拐出去跟上，直到看清她的车屁股也被撞了，才意识到她是

This statement is not 100% right. UMBI coverage do not cover property damage, this might be the uninsured motorist coverage you are referring to. There is UMPD coverage which covers property damage in hit and run case in Calfornia. However if you have Collision coverage, agents will not sell you UMPD coverage. If you buy Liability only for your car, you may have UMPD coverage in your policy. LZ can look at the policy documents or call the insurance company to find it out.
But I don't think B is responsible for the damage.

发帖数: 36252 | 9 there are about 29 states have UMPD cover hit and run. there rest of the
states, including California, hit and run property damage is not covered
by UM. You need to identify the car or driver and if insurance company
can confirm they don't have insurance, or cannot get insurance info from
them, then UM covers it
And you can get UMPD along with collision. UM will cover the deductible
if you have both.

然后那个肇事的车就逃了。后来那个人被警察抓了，不过他没保险。我先用自己的保险
修了，后来我后面车主的保险公司负了全责，我的钱都退回来了。 |
