if you want to telnet, maybe your can use some other bbs to
transfer, i.e. bbs.szu.edu.cn.
Originally, we can use telnet www.sinoinfos.com.cn, but now
it seems closed. The IP for the bbs is 202.204.7.235 if it
didn't change these days.
