我几个月前刚关了BOA的debit账号...
现在用的Chase的debit，不知道是不是也能免费换RMB?
或者我应该赶快开个哪个银行的账户？还有几天就要回去了

另， 看置顶FAQ说discover 2010起在中国收foreign transfaction fee
但是刚才去官网看:
Will I be charged a transaction fee when I make a purchase in a foreign
currency using my Discover Card?
No, Discover does not charge a foreign currency transaction fee.
