DeAndre Jordan has indicated to the Los Angeles Clippers that he will back
out of his deal with the Dallas Mavericks to remain with the team.
Jordan reached out to Doc Rivers on Monday expressing regret on his decision
and several members of the Clippers met with him in Houston on Wednesday.
The Mavericks fear Mark Cuban will not be able to get a meeting with Jordan.
Tim MacMahon of ESPN reports Jordan won't even take a phone call from Cuban
or Chandler Parsons.
The Clippers will stay with Jordan at his house until he signs his new
contract. |
