guess there was no safty play, and at least one of you can consistantly run
out whenever it is a runable layout...
I have watched a few 8-ball matches between professional players, it took
from 60 - 90 mins for a score from 8:7 to 8:4 that I watched, averaged 4 to
8 mins a game, but, this is in formal, presured tournaments in which players
play cautiously at high level.
I agree that, in general, advanced players complete 8

fast,
, don't really walk around the table and pretent to think. :,) the pace is
aboutt 10+ games 1 hour. but that day, i guess some one was just in the
streak.

the guys were RUNNING between shots and they don't need to wait for the
balls to stop before they shoot the next one.
It takes about 1:00-1:30 for them to clear the table. Considering rack the
balls takes about half a min. 20 games in a hour is SUPER FAST.

The scary part is that Luc Salvas, the champion, doesn't need to gear uo too
much to win the speed pool! He naturally plays fast, I once taped him
running a rack of 9 ball in 40 sth seconds, it was amazing. A friend of
mine watched him play in person, he told me that there is a reason this guy'
s nick name is "machine gun"....

我自己一个人玩的时候能打十局。每打一个球时都在想这个球如果不进应该给自己下一
杆留个好位置:-)

盘。不过左手明显劣势，大概能赢2盘，最多3盘的样子。目前，左手单杆尚未全局清过
台，最多也就进过6个还是7个球的样子。
20盘/小时真的很有趣，不过也很赶，要求大家出杆要快，而且是非常快。我通常出杆
数度不会超过3秒。

，至少对大多数人来说。

我听到过很多人给我讲， don't rush your shots, 说的就是你要等到自己觉得合适了
再出杆。
当然， 快与慢都是因人而异的， 也有人出杆过分的慢了，反而适得其反， 我以前就
有这个毛病， 打得时间长了， 在朋友的指点下，基本还可以了。

way that one plays the opponent, otherwise, once one gets loose, it is bad
practice.
Anyway, if one wants to have some fun, as we all do, it is a different story.

比如1块)的,有一次打进拿出可能得有20次(故意制定奇怪罚球规则),一盘老爷打不完,
最后老板受不了了,跑来说你们走吧,不收你们钱行吗?挺不好意思的,只好灰溜溜的走了.
我同意不能一味追求快,不过我是慢不下来了.

q-ball close to bank (not too close) so you can bridge ur cue with bank.
it's much easier than holding the cue without any other support. In this way,
you can even add spin on. :-)
