概有1年多没有工作。论工作能力，应该不错，而且喜欢科研，期间7-8篇英文文章。缺
点是，英语不好，性格比较直。问题是频繁换实验室，由于身份问题，搞得人心惶惶。
这种情况到底是什么造成的？
1.运气不好，遇人不淑；
2.性格问题，容易得罪人；
3.工作能力太强，遭人嫉妒。
请大家分析分析，谢绝漫骂。 |

而且都是被fire,而不是自己主动要跳
多半属于自己性格有问题,好好反省反省自己
能力太强? LOL, 这条怎么看都像挖坑. 如果这条成立, 版上一些猛男猛女应该被fire

Sounds like your husband has multiple problems. Most of chinese students (
including me) in their early years has communication problem. Your husband
can give himself an excuse of communication problem if he had only an indian
boss. However, the experiences with chinese boss of your husband won't draw
same conclusion unless this chinese boss doesn't speak chinese at all.
If above points stand, your husband must have some personality issues.
However, since he is still loved and you sounds reasonable, his problem is
probably more or less related to lacking of personal skills or social
ability. This is not something fundamentally wrong. This is a typical social
science subject and everybody can experience similar situation in their
process of development. There are no good tactics to avoid these type of
issues. However, he should keep calm whenever the similar situation comes in
the future. You should make him realized that he is not dealing with just
him, but you and presumably kids as well.
Ok, let's move topic quickly to the next level, although I am not really at
a position to talk about how to be a successful scientist. Most of our
chinese students, I was and I have now, tend to drive experimental results
to conclusion directly without explaining what happens and why. They (
includes me) tend to ignore other people's right of knowing what's going on.
They will think that they were not trusted if questioned. THERE IS
FUNDAMENTAL DIFFERENCE. People surrounding you especially boss have right to
know not just what happened, but how and why happened as well.
Right way to handle such situation is that you explain well what have been
done, what possible factors may affect your results, what is your conclusion
from the results and ask for their opinions.

第二，如果不好好和别人交流，误会容易积累起来，到了一定时间就大家都相处不下去
了。
