do you know how to create a network analysis (not pathway) as IPA does?
what databases are those network analysis based on?
another question is how to create a visualization tool to show this
kind of network online? are there any tools for the visualization? | h*****g

Based on all kinds of interaction data (mostly collected from literature,i.e
. protein-protein, protein-DNA etc).Many free databases are available for
each type of interaction data. There are also quite a few commercial ones,
like MetaCore or IPA. MetaCore has more analysis options than IPA. Just my
two cents
Many network visualization tools available, the most famous one in bio might
be Cytoscape.There are many other tools developed by graph theory

I want to create a network analysis webtool which contains two parts:
1)analysis, and 2) visualization.
do you know which tools are free for network visualization
and can be used for web application?
it would be better if it provides source codes or APIs.

includes GenePattern, IGV, Genome Browser, Genomica, Galaxy and CytoScape
together to analyze your data, generate network, and visualize your network.
The first version of the system will be released in March.
