And, the phenotypic change is generally on all lymphoid organ and tissue
macrophage subsets?

KO mice
已经check了其他myloid cells了, absolute #和percentage都check了。
F4/80 MHCII CD64, CD11b, CD11c, Ly-6G, Siglee-F, 都check了。其他的没做。
phagocytosis没做
是只有tissue macrophage 有变化。

The phenotypic change of alveolar macrophage can come from deficiency during
develpoment.
You'd better find out a disease model in which alveolar macrophages are
important to see whether there is functional deficiency.
