biologist with strong mAb sequencing and humanization experience. Please see
below for the details:
Position: research scientist for Molecule Biology
Major Responsibilities:
Responsible for determining mAb sequences from either hybridoma or from B
cells.
Responsible for humanization of mAb derived from mouse or rabbit.
Generate recombinant protein constructs for therapeutic proteins, or for
lab research.
Generate reporter systems for cell assays.
Write experiment records and reports
General laboratory maintenance, foster good communication and collaboration
with other lab staff.
Requirements:
B.S or M.S, or Ph.D. degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related
area.
More than 2 year experience with mAb sequence determination and
humanization is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge in Molecular Biology, database search, and DNA/protein
analysis tools.
Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation.
Detail oriented, good organization skills and interpersonal skills.
