Have a Masters or Ph.D. in physical chemistry, microbiology, biochemistry,
organic chemistry, microbial fermentation, industrial microbiology, or
microbial formulation.
Specialize in the physical chemistry and microbial physiology of
microorganisms.
Possess a good working knowledge of fermentation, microbial growth
characterization, formulation of biological products and knowledge of
application technologies.
