A******y 发帖数: 2041 | 5 Luciferase is literally photon measurements. A lot of modern fluorometers (
i.e. plate readers) has the function to read luminescence. All you have to
do is look at their minimum detection range for the instruments. However, I
can guarantee you that more expensive ones will be better with exception of
instruments from molecular devices (old tech and still charge an arm and a
leg). |

detector quantum efficiency. In other words, there is no most "sensitive"
one but the most suitable one according to budget limit and experiment
design. |
