protect your interest. Like the property was flooded in the basement two
days before closing, our real estate的律师一跳三丈高给我们negotiate助阵。
She even asked the seller to pay buyer $8000 if for seller's reason the
house can not be closed before June 30 in P&S.
我去office见她，她正在电话上为了dryer和listing agent吵闹不休.
These two attorneys are all good and can be paid by your mortgage company
which means they charge less and take whatever the bank |

never have a chance to ask.We are same kind of people,一句废话没有，直奔主题
。If not, I will forget what I want to say.
这八千块的credit,整个是锻炼三个梯伍。Realtor,inspector,外加attorney.早在两个
星期以前，inspector就找不着人啦，甭管好的孬的，有人能来看就好。大家也体谅，
买家卖家的agent也不再来回商量时间，都以inspector的schedule为准。现在苦的应该
是attorney，还在赶着准备P&S.最后退下火线的应该是他们
老美 attorney才叫牛!这个时候能甩手不开工!?
