Again, all those agent/inspection/lawyer are crapper.
Just buy your some kind of insurance or comfortable.

发帖数: 747 | 5 Your own lawyers normally will review the offer and purchase/sales agreement
to add terms so in some cases you can back out the deal or get compensated.
For example, underground oil tank leak, etc. Or you can get
your deposit back when you can not get the mortgage. They'll search the
title and history of the house etc.
Their service is like an insurance, bad things may never happen. But for a
big purchase like a house, I'd rather have the insurance for $1000 than
gamble it.
