Dear folks:
There will be one great room available in Malden Tower (Hot!) from April 1st
2014.
The location of Malden Tower is great for Students especially for NEU
student. 3 Mins walking to sub station, stadium, Walgreens, Stopshop and the
Malden policy center and city hall are just at the foot of our building. So
it is pretty convenient for living and also safe. There is a tennis field
just downstairs.
The room previously was a huge living room (also including a huge balcony)
with great night view, after a hard and wonderful endeavor, it is now a
quasi-bedroom independently. Since one of our roommate has graduated and
leaving, so the room is available from April 1st.
Location: 99 Florence St. Floor 7, Malden, 02148
The Price: $400/M (including Heat and Cool, a lot of money for a house)
Area: Large (even including balcony) with beautiful night view
Sunlight: Face to south (the sunny light offered from early morning to
afternoon)
Laundry: Only $1.00
Utility: shared elec and wifi, usually within $40/M
Roommates: graduate students, nice persons, helpful. We have run our lovely
home here for 4 years and make it a warm harbor for Chinese student to
strive in Boston.
