There will be a bedroom available in Malden Tower (Hot!) from July 1st 2014.
The location of Malden Tower is great for Students especially for NEU
student. 3 Mins walking to sub station, stadium, Walgreens, Stopshop and the
Malden policy center and city hall are just at the foot of our building. So
it is pretty convenient for living and also safe.
Location: 99 Florence St. Floor 7, Malden, 02148
The Price: $550/M (including Heat and Cool, a lot of money for a house)
Sunlight: Face to south, with beautiful night view
Laundry: Only $1.00
Utility: shared elec and wifi, usually within $40/M
Roommates: graduate students, nice persons, helpful. We have run our lovely
home here for 4 years and make it a warm harbor for Chinese student to
strive in Boston.
