you open a strong no-trump. Pd transfer hearts, but RHO come in
with 2S, you 3H, LHO raise 4S, pd double and it's the final contract.

Not that convincing. Given partner's double at direct position, he
should have something. Then what he had? He wouldn't double basing on
heart values and can barely have anything in trump. Moreover
it's hard to imagine that opp

rumors. :)
In 70s, there were suspected cheating in auctions:
IMPs red vs white.
one of the brother hold something like:
S Axx
H Axx
D J9xx
C Q10x
RHO opened 1H and raised to 2H by lefty, partner's 3C passed to him,
He passed.
Then another hand, again red vs white:
S AQ10xx
H xx
D Jx
C A10xx
LHO opened 1H and partner overcall 1S, this time he raised to 4S.
Those "experts" at that time said that same 11 POINTS but different
actions.

the reports a few days ago posted here by wimp about the chinese student in
boston college who was accused of cheating. Some hand might be suspecious, but
the so-called expert who accused the chinese guy made this claim not only on
those do look suspious but also on some hand the chinese guy made a good open
leading. It is VERY LIKELY that we can make some amazing good play sometimes.

and Marty Bergen liked it, however, for most players, it is not very playable
if your overcall's range is from 8 to 16 at three level.
