Java, C++都忘的差不多了，

I heard that for interviews, they will test you on C++, Java, but not C. C
is prevalent in academia cause
professors don't have to write that many codes. One professor I met only
knows C, he doesn't know Perl.
All his algorithms, tools are implemented in C, but it's purely for research
purposes, I don't think it's that
useful in industry.

problem is most of us CS majors are software guy, the niche market that C
dominates often require acute
understanding of not only software but also hardware, we will be put at
disadvantage when competes with
EE majors, they write C codes as good as we do and they naturally understand
hardware much better than
most of us.
