conference are refereed using journal standards and its proceedings are
considered very prestigious....

除非我搞错了，要不就是这个。。。。
看看他们submission website上的要求，
paper can be between 5 to 12 pages - single space
好会议能是这个要求吗？他们只管最后收钱，你交越多pape他们越高兴。
