Bachelor’s degree in Architectural engineering w/structural engineering
emphasis, and over ten years of multi-discipline experience in mission
critical facility design and construction. In lieu of degree, 10 years of
experience.
Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT/BIM, & Navisworks.
Thorough knowledge of International Building Code (IBC), LEED, and NFPA 101.
Strong civil and structural engineering knowledge and multiple discipline
team coordinations.
Very knowledgeable in lean construction methodologies with some large scale
construction experience.
Preferred qualifications
Licensed Architect and Structural Engineer license.
Excellent communication & teamwork skills, including frequent Executive
level presentations.
Position is Mountain View based with expected 30% global travel. |
