For sliding door
1. I need to turn on the body axle before I do the next move. That will make my dancing 'clear'.
2. To be able to turn on body axle sharply, allign body parts (including hip pendulum action from back leg to front leg), pull up thigh muscles (that actually add foot pressure on floor) feel a 'burning' effect on the muscles.
