2004 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010
Aug 2009 report 219 493 973 1531 3473 262 0
Dec 2009 report 95 316 691 914 2553 643 0
Mar 2009 report 36 285 633 697 851 759 25
2009 and 2010 numbers are minimal,
2008 and before most cases have already been approved,
so the second half of the year, most visa numbers will be unused.
Any comment or any previous analysis? | f*******e 发帖数: 4531 | 2 Since ROW is current, using pending data is very inaccurate. Many cases are
approved before becoming pending.
EB1 is a good example. Although there are very few pending cases, EB-1
category has consumed far more than allocated. That's why this category has
to consume unused visas from EB-4&5. | a********h 发帖数: 819 | 3 yes, I am aware of that, so it depends on on average how long it takes to
approve a case. however, since the pending report is published every 3
months, unless a case is approved in 3 months within the interval, it will
get counted in one of the report at least. Still it's a guess until USCIS/
DOS publish monthly approval data.

| a********h 发帖数: 819 | 4 I don't believe it either. | w********r 发帖数: 727 | 5 lol, it is almost certain most of those cases will be approved in less than
3 months from the tiny pending data.
