另外直接打电话向奥傻的顶头上司complain也许会有意想不到的效果，想象一下如果他
们的电话被EB2C的complain打爆或者语言信箱被塞满，奥傻不会有好日子过。谢谢cnus

concerns & facts 说出来，但语气一定要和缓，negotiable and respectable ~~~

NIU, which should be sufficient.
It would be better if you make that draft out of the letter by yourself,
since you will be more familiar with the points you are going to communicate
with the director. Before initializing the call, you may even want to
rehearse a few times, to become more confident and well-organized.
Otherwise, I can prepare that draft from the letter tonight for you.
Any other ideas?

it's best let the preparer of that letter make it for you.

作细节你的老板不一定都知道一样。老板接到很多complain电话，肯定知道奥傻工作有
问题，奥傻就有麻烦。
暂时喊停公布VB估计就是奥傻的老板的老板的决定。因为现在奥傻和奥傻的顶头上司都
在度假中，只有他老板的老板有决定权。
要讲理由，可以简单说"Mr. O unlawfully mixes China's own visa numbers with
ROW spillover numubers, it is great unfairness to China E2. According to
immigration law, China E2 July cutoff date must move forward to consume
China's own visa numbers while India E2 are taking advantage of ROW
spillover numbers." |

发帖数: 700 | 17 是的，这个要随机应变，看到时谈话的具体情况。就像准备签证，该做的，最好还是准
备好，至少那个信上的要点，可以讲出来。
如果通话就那么 1,2 分钟，当然不需要很多；如果对方有兴趣了解更多，或要反驳，
我们就要有话来回应。
如果通话时间太短，多半效果不是那么好，对方可能就是应付应付；反之，则可能有效
点，可以多了解点信息，了解对方的态度是否与 o 一致，是否敷衍还是很慎重对待这
样事。
多准备点，到时随机应变了。

We need something simple and easy to talk over the phone, also it should
have all the import information to speak out.
I read NIU's letter, too formal and too long, not good for phone calls.
I even can not totally understand it in the first 5 minutes.
Anyway, it is goood to fax it to Senate /Congressman.
