Thank you so much for your quick response.
Mr. Charles Oppenheim use projected visa usage instead of using actual
approved visa numbers. He did exactly the same way in 2009, which delayed
several thousand of China EB2 and Eb3 applicants.
Here is an example to prove that it is very misleading to use projected data

at USCIS/DOS effectively? One year after he did hurt EB2C, he is till trying
to do it again.

of complaints On Friday. Call him to email him to see if he is willing to
move July Eb2C forward to March 1, 2006.
He helped Eb2I steal couple thousand of spillover. He should do the same to
Eb2C.
