next week.
Today,we received the following message written by the State Department's
Charles Oppenheimer:
Just wanted to let you know that the august cut-off dates have been delayed

is not attorny blowing it out of proportion! The heading/title sure looks
like that! The message says "cut off will be advancing more than I had
anticipated for August" ...this does not meat it will BIG.....the DOS had
proposed March/April for end of FY so what they may have anticipated for Aug
is within that.....I hope this is true!! I really hope this is completely
true and we see a BIG advance......

is true, August bulletin should be better than Jan 22. But don't expect too

better than that. Hopefully final outcome for fy 2010 is better than his
prediction too.

海关不太可能洞悉排期里面的道道的，估计他就这么一说，因为你跟那些要排十几年的
比起来确实不远了。

都互不相干。也许那个海关的太嫩了。我两年前，第一次用AP入关时，是个年轻的。看
了好一会AP，然后，就开始往上写字和往我护照上写字。

official's words 100%.
Another one is what he said around April/May 2009.
My 2 cents to all negotiators, self claimed or whatever, talking to some
government official 1 week earlier doesn't make you the prophet, just make
you a well functioning recorder if 100% message is relayed.
