Helpful Hint
DO NOT E-FILE if you have a pending I-485, Application to Register Permanent
Residence Status or Adjust Status, currently at an USCIS office and you are
eligible to file the I-765 for advance parole for no additional fee.
是啥意思啊,是不是485 PENDING,就不可以efile啊,谢谢 |

2. Your 765 should be paid. (485 package after Aug 07 including free 765
and 131)
3. Your 485 should be at NSC or TSC, processing center instead of field
office.

不能e-file renew EAD了吗,只能 paper file? 哭死了,万分感谢!!!
