Total spill-over may be: 14720 + 4388 = ~19000
EB2 left upto 08/07:
China: 11404, assume 5K including spill-over per year, needs over 2 yrs;
EB3 left upto 08/07:
China: 4116, assume 2K per year, needs over 2yrs.
EB3 may be moving faster than EB2 soon?

however, 2700 drop of Chinese EB3,
wow, a lot of transfer from EB3 to EB2? it eat up all the Sep visa numbers.
That is reasonable, 2012-2006>5 years. No eye see. |

assume Total spill-over may be: 14720 + 4388 = ~19000
total waiting time to clean Chinese EB2 before 2007 is:
(11404+ 24254(India EB2)+ huge number of inida EB3- EB2)/ (19000+6000)
it will be definitely more than 2 years or even 3 years because of huge
amount of India EB3 TO EB2
remember, it is useless to count how many chinese EB2 # we can get now.
