其实早期办得比较顺利，PERM七天批了，I140也只用了10天。然后就是漫长的排期。没有REF过，虽然中间也丢了工作，紧张了一段时间。现在看来，即使没工作也照样拿绿卡。 所以没工作或换工作的XDJM不要紧张。
11月一日作了Service Request.11月3日受到如下message:
On 11/01/2010 you, or the designated representative shown below, contacted us about your case. Some of the key information given to us at that time was the following:

Based on your request we researched the status of your I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence to Adjust Status. This case is actively processing with an officer you will be notified as soon as a decision is made.
