law to support our arguement. From what I read so far, there is no clear law
on this. JWE poinited out something like there is no law indicating on
assignning SO based on PD, then which rule should Mr. O follow on assigning
SO ? based on percentage of Indian and Chinese ?
If Mr. O follows what some of us suggestion to assign SO by percentage, then
how should he assign SO inside of our EB2C group ? Still based on PD then
or randomly to give later PD GC first ?
I am guessing 10 years from now, our Chinese EB2 will be on the longest
waiting list based on how many students getting high education here. So we
should be careful on what we are wishing for.
Every year around this time, the same topic comes back again, the old people
got GC left the BBS, the new group are coming to argue the same old topic,
furious, got "Chicken Blood Shot". Just calm down, listen, learn and maybe
consult with lawyer first.

however, there is not any existing law that supports Mr. O's policy in using
the SO.
Why does he always do like that? it should be his responsibility to provide
evidence to support his way of doing things.
