时title写得太低了，HR已经turn down了两次我老板的promotion request，说是这样
跟绿卡申请就不consistent了，工资也长不上去。如果我140批了以后换工作重新办绿
卡的话，如果title不一样可以carry over pd么？还是大家觉得我应该等到485交上去
180天以后才换，那样我觉得至少还要两年，不知道之前会不会就郁闷死了，而且是不
是title必须要consistent啊？

china eb2 demand in 2008 is around 6000.
china eb2 demand between 2007.07-2007.12 is around 4000.
china eb2 demand in latest inventory is 9800.
around 19800 china eb2 is ahead of you. in this summer the total demand
ahead of you should be reduced to 13000 or less.
you need to wait for 2-3 years if you stay in your current company.
you need to think more and make the best decision.
you can carry your PD as far as your 140 is approved.

same title. To make 100% sure, you need to ask your attorney.
When you make your next move, you also need to consider how many years of
H1B you have left. If you are still in your 1st H1B, it's worthy of the risk

2013 so as long as I can submit perm by Oct next year, it should be fine,
right?

跳槽之前一定要跟你的新雇主谈好了，什么时候申请绿卡。
要不然到时候拖一拖，你自己的问题就来了。
不过HR不应该以绿卡为由不让你升职的。你应该去找一个中国律师
让他draft一封信，说明这个不是问题。
