收到，他们说让我等着。我今天再打，说还是没收到，他们才重新给我寄。
我急死了。材料补交有效期是按第一封信算起的。

发帖数: 3510 | 2 Based on my experience, the deadline is the same day of next month, a little
more than 4 weeks. You'd better count 4 weeks periods. Now you've lost 2
weeks, but it's still ok. You should receive the RFE letter in 4 days at
most. During these 4 days you can prepare EVL and other documents. Once you
receive RFE letter you can finish your response the same night, and mail
them back next morning by USPS overnight. If you follow these steps your
response can be received 1 week ahead.
So don't worry, start to prepare response documents now.

可是我不知道他们要我准备的到底是什么材料。 我打电话问，我说我可以现在开始准
备，他们信一寄到我马上就回复。可他们也不告诉我到底需要准备什么材料。说是：
request for more evidence。 但是我就是想不清到底是什么evidence 需要的。

发帖数: 3510 | 4 1. contact your lawyer now. They should also receive your REF letter;
2. Prepare employee verification letter since this one is not under your
control. Others will be like your H1B, EAD, I94 after 2007 filing. These
should under your control.
